Higher priority issues like no heat, water leak, etc. are handled first and we'll get to the rest as quickly as we can.
Call and with proper ID we can open the door for you.
Though we want you to make your apartment your home, please ask us if you plan to do anything more than use small wire nails to hang things. You may be required to restore the apartment back to its original state.
We have access to the swimming pool and community building just a mile down the road at Canal Club. We also have the best staff and residents in the area.
From Memorial Day to Labor day it is open daily from 10am to dusk, subject to weather or other unforeseen circumstances out of our control.
We offer open parking at no charge or garages for $75 monthly.
We have full-size washers and dryers in each unit.
Yes, all buildings are pet friendly.
There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee where applicable and additional monthly pet rent per pet in the unit. Please see our Pet Policy on the Amenities page for additional information.
Yes. The combined weight of the 2 allowed pets cannot exceed 100 lbs., and an individual pet cannot exceed 75 lbs. Breeds are restricted, please check with us.
Each unit has a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and a full-size washer and dryer.

Yes, our shortest lease term is 6 months.
Yes, we offer corporate housing through VIA by Edward Rose. Please contact your Leasing Office for more information.
There are no quiet hours. We have access to the beautiful community room at Canal Club to rent a space for a large gathering after normal business hours. There is no charge to stop by and enjoy the space during normal business hours.
An appointment is recommended though not required. We are always happy to show you around our awesome community.
Applications are accepted online on our website.
With a complete application and any requirements (proof of income) provided to us, usually within 3-5 days with most approvals being returned within 24 hours.
You will need to pay your Security Deposit, Administrative Fee and your pro-rated rent amount.
Congratulations! Be respectful of your neighbors, our community and the community policies and rules. Enjoy your new home.
Online using either electronic bank transfer, debit card or credit card. You can also mail a check or money order to our home office. WIPS is also available locally.
You can set this up in resident services.
There are additional fees for Internet service, Dish Network, and garages.
Gas (heating, cooking and hot water) along with water, sewer and trash including recycling.
You contact Lansing Board of Water and Light to set up electric. The rest of your essential utilities are conveniently included in your rental amount.
Bloom Broadband is our cable and internet provider, they also service our Dish Network subscribers.
You are responsible for them and their actions while visiting our community.
Our available lease options are on our website and you can decide which lease term works best for you. There is no reduction in rent should you decide to pay early.
If you break your lease early, a 60-day notice is required, and the fee is 200% of your monthly rental rate.
Yes! Etran (Eaton County) picks you up right at your door with just a phone call to make arrangements.
We're located in Delta Township, near Grand Ledge and downtown Lansing.
Hawk Island is on the south side of Lansing.
We are close to malls, movie theaters, restaurants, and have many popular shopping options near us like Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx, and Barnes and Noble.
Starbucks is a nice half mile walk as is Horrocks which has a very nice brewed coffee selection.
We are close to I-96/I-69 at the Saginaw Hwy exit or I-496 at exit 2.
