Pet Policy
Our community welcomes up to 2 pets per apartment! Cats and dogs are allowed, individual pets under 75 lbs., or a combined weight under 100 lbs. Prior to welcoming a pet into your home, residents will be required to pay a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 along with a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per pet.

Visit our sister property, Canal Club Apartments, to enjoy the large sundeck accompanying the shimmering pool with Wi-Fi access as well as the community building a couple of steps away from it. Meanwhile, our Lansing apartments come in one and two-bedroom floor plans, each of them featuring private patios/balconies, full-size washer & dryers, and air conditioning systems, among other additions. Optional features such as a garage with remote opener, high-speed Internet and Dish Network services are also offered. Some utilities are included in the monthly rent, and we also ensure 24-hour emergency maintenance.
Another huge perk about living in our community is the easy access to public transport as well as major roads like Saginaw, I-96, and I-496. Being in such a commuter-friendly area, residents can get to some of the best shopping and dining options in a matter of minutes, as well as popular locations like Downtown Lansing or Michigan State University. Great entertainment venues nearby include The View at Cooley Law School Stadium, but there are plenty of parks, too, like Delta Township Trails. There is truly something for everyone!
