Move-In Fees

All applicants over the age of 18 will pay a $75 application fee. Once the application is approved, a $300 non-refundable holding fee will be charged to the primary applicant’s method of payment. This is an automatic charge applied towards your move-in costs. Upon move-in, you will be responsible for paying a security deposit.

Garages with remote openers are offered for $90 per month based on availability.

If you’re looking for a cozy, low-maintenance home, our one-bedroom apartments are perfect for you. They come in two different layouts, covering up to 842 square feet. If you need extra space, our two-bedrooms offer plenty, as they offer up to 1,022 square feet. All units come complete with every essential feature a real home should have, including full-size washers and dryers, patios/balconies, central air conditioning systems and dishwashers. Garages with door openers are also available for lease and some utilities are included in the rent. Third floor apartments feature a cathedral ceiling and end style homes with oversized living rooms are available too.

Optional features such as a garage with remote opener, high-speed Internet and Dish Network services are also offered. Some utilities are included in the monthly rent, and we also ensure 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Another huge perk about living in our community is the easy access to public transport as well as major roads like Saginaw, I-96, and I-496. Pet Policy

Our community welcomes up to 2 animals per apartment! Cats and dogs are allowed. Prior to welcoming a pet into your home, residents will be required to pay a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 along with a monthly pet rent of $30.00 per pet.
